Graycliff's landscape was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright himself, with additional designs contributed by Ellen Biddle Shipman, known as the "Dean of American Women Landscape Architects" and one of the originators of the Arts & Crafts-style garden. These two-hour tours focusing on grounds and gardens (yes, buildings, too!) will be led by Marion Schmidt, a Graycliff Board member. Hurry--there are only a few dates left: Sat. Aug 22 & Sept 19 and Wed Aug 12 & Sept 9. By reservation only.
Volunteers are the heart and soul of Graycliff...and there are many ways to help. Become a Docent and lead tours....or you can help in many other ways.. gardening, grounds historic housekeeping, mailings and much more!
